A: For best waxing results the hair should be at least a 1/4 of an inch.
Q: How long do I need to wait after I shave to get the best waxing results?
A: For best waxing results, the best wait time is between 2 to 3 weeks after shaving.
Q: How do I need to treat my skin after waxing to avoid breakouts and irritation?
A: It is best to use products that are film free. After waxing try not to take a shower, go to the gym, tanning or swimming for at least 2 hours after service. Avoid products that are alcohol or oil based for great results.
Q: What are film free products?
A: A film free body wash is a body was without moisturizer or perfume. A film free body lotion is a lotion that does not feel greasy.
Product that is not film free will leave a film on your skin that will interrupt the hair from growing outside your skin and will create ingrown hairs.

Q: Can I get any waxed if I'm using any acne medication like Retin-A or Accutane?
A: If you are using Retin-A you can not wax your face, since it is a topical cream. If you are using Accutane it is advised not to wax any part of your body, since it is taking orally; the medication thins your skin throughout your body, therefore waxing can cause taring and irritation of your skin.

A: I am using hard wax.

A: The hard wax is less abrasive on the skin, removes coarse hair very efficiently and less painful then soft wax. Recommended for sensitive skin.
